Shipping Policy

Delivery & Shipment

ArtyDunes.com ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://ArtyDunes.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website  and associated platforms you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

The Buyer acknowledges that it shall be solely responsible for any and all costs that may arise in relation to the delivery or collection of the Artwork unless otherwise agreed. Such costs may include but are not limited to: (a) shipping; (b) insurance; and (c) import and export licences.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller shall deliver the Artwork to the location as agreed between the parties in writing (for the avoidance of doubt, this includes where ArtyDunes Gallery has agreed the delivery location on behalf of the Seller).

Delivery of the Artwork shall be completed on the completion of unloading of the Artwork at the delivery location.

The Buyer may only collect the Artwork in person from the Seller with the express written consent of both the Seller and ArtyDunes Gallery.

Where the Buyer is a Business, any quotes dated for delivery are approximate only, and time for delivery is not of the essence. Whether the Buyer is a Business or a Consumer, the Seller or Arty Dunes Gallery shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Artwork that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Buyer’s failure to provide the Seller / Arty Dunes Gallery with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Artwork.

If the Buyer fails to accept delivery of the Artwork within three Business Days of the Seller / Arty Dunes Gallery notifying the Buyer that the Artwork is ready, then, except where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Seller ArtyDunes's failure to comply with its obligations under the Contract in respect of the Artwork: (a) delivery of the Artwork shall be deemed to have been completed at 10.00 am on the third Business Day after the day on which the Seller notified the Buyer that the Artwork was ready; and (b) the Seller / ArtyDunes shall store the Artwork until delivery takes place, and charge the Buyer for all related costs and expenses (including insurance).

If ten Business Days after the day on which the Seller /ArtyDunes notified the Buyer that the Artwork is ready for delivery the Buyer has not accepted actual delivery of it, the Seller/ArtyDunes  may resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the Artwork and, after deducting reasonable storage and selling costs, account to the Buyer for any excess over the price of the Artwork or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price of the Artwork.

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order excluding the insurance. Shipping costs quoted on the site are for all artworks to be shipped in a tube and in a unframed form. Payment for standard shipping deliverables will be collected with the purchase excluding the insurance. If the client wants customized / priority shipping / insurance or a particular logistics partner, we request you to drop us a mail at hello@ArtyDunes.com within 24 hours of your purchase, so that we can get in touch with you and stitch the shipping scope as per your requirements.

  1. Cancellations & Returns

ArtyDunes.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging with original tags, unused and in a resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(ArtyDunes.com) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

ArtyDunes.com will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS and or any other authorized service provider. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order after taking the customer’s consent.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can try addressing this as soon as possible.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider depending on the chosen logistics partner available tracking services.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and ArtyDunes.com encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to ArtyDunes.com at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Insurance / Process for parcel damaged or lost in-transit

All insurance / damaged / lost claims will have to be settled by the customer directly with the logistics partner and we at ArtyDunes.com will provide all support to the customer in these engagements with respect to services and scope attributable to us in this regard.
